Thermal Insulation Pads

Thermal Insulation Pads (Polypads)

Installing a suspended ceiling already improves thermal efficiency — but if you want to make a real impact on energy performance, thermal insulation pads are essential.

These thermal polypads sit above your ceiling tiles, reducing heat loss and helping maintain consistent indoor temperatures — lowering energy bills and improving comfort.

How Thermal Pads Work

Thermal insulation pads are placed above your ceiling tiles, creating a barrier that reduces heat escaping into the ceiling void.

Like all insulation pads, they are fully sealed in polythene — meaning no loose fibres, no cutting, and no mess. Available in thicknesses from 50mm to 300mm, you can select the right level of insulation for your project.

Common Applications

• Offices – reduce heating costs in large spaces
• Schools & Education – improve thermal comfort
