2.1 All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 All transactions are processed securely. We do not store customer card details in compliance with PCI DSS regulations.
3. Delivery, Title & Risk
3.1 Delivery is available across the UK mainland. Additional charges may apply for remote areas.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3.3 We shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3.4 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
3.5 Title to the goods shall not pass until full payment has been received in cleared funds.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Damages
4.1 A minimum 30% re-stocking fee applies to all returned goods.
4.2 Damaged or missing goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims outside this period may not be accepted.
4.3 Custom, bespoke, or special-order items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
4.4 We are not liable for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

5.2 All product descriptions, specifications, technical data, fire ratings, acoustic ratings, loadings, and performance information are provided by manufacturers or third parties.
5.3 We do not manufacture, test, certify, or independently verify products and make no warranties regarding their performance, compliance, or suitability.
6. Goods Only Supply
6.1 We supply goods only.
6.2 We do not provide design, specification, consultancy, or installation services.
6.3 Any information provided by us is incidental and does not form part of any contract or service.
7. No Reliance & Technical Disclaimer

8.1 Fire ratings, technical specifications, and performance data are provided by manufacturers and may depend on specific installation methods and conditions.
8.2 We do not guarantee that any product will achieve a particular fire rating or performance level in any given installation.
8.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all technical information with the manufacturer and/or a qualified professional prior to purchase and installation.
8.4 We accept no liability for failure to meet fire regulations, building control requirements, or project specifications.
9. Customer Responsibility & Specification
9.1 The customer is solely responsible for:
- Selecting suitable products for their intended application
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Obtaining professional advice where required
- Ensuring correct installation in accordance with manufacturer guidance
9.2 We accept no responsibility for product specification, system design, or project suitability.
10. Installation & Use
10.1 All products must be installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and industry standards.
10.2 We accept no liability for damage, failure, or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or deviation from recommended practices.
11. Warranty & Manufacturer Liability
11.1 Any warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer.
11.2 All warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.3 We do not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
12. Limitation of Liability
