This is the FirePro® Pipe Collar CE – tested to the harmonised European Standard EN 1366-3: 2009 and certified under UL-EU-01205-CPR. It replaces earlier BS 476-tested models. For non-CE versions, please contact us.
The FirePro Pipe Collar CE (110 mm) provides proven passive fire protection for combustible plastic pipe penetrations. When exposed to fire, its graphite-based intumescent liner expands, crushing the pipe and sealing the void to prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and hot gases.
This CE-marked design delivers up to EI 240 (4 hours) fire-stopping in rigid floors and EI 120 (2 hours) in rigid or flexible walls, reinstating the fire resistance of the wall or floor construction.

What is the difference between the CE and non-CE versions?
The CE version is tested to EN 1366-3 for compliance across the UK and EU, offering verified performance under the Construction Products Regulation. The non-CE model was tested to BS 476 Part 20 only.
Can it be used in both walls and floors?
Yes. The JCS-RPC110CE is suitable for both wall and floor penetrations and can be fixed using standard anchor points or steel ties depending on substrate type.

Yes. The collar casing is made from water-resistant, corrosion-protected steel for reliable performance in damp environments such as basements or service risers.
